This is a nicely updated hotel with competent staff from the reception staff to the maintenance people to the chambermaids to the general manager. Glad I took superior twin room, it was tastefully decorated and brand-new. The location is excellent and convenient, to the Lancaster Gate underground station on Bays water.

We had an excellent stay for a weekend where we were out most of the time.
The view of the Park from our reasonably sized room was nice. Particularly good location, the hotel was opposite a subway station...

This hotel had a "comfortable" feel about it. The staff were very good as was the restaraunt. Loved the location, quiet, but close to the gardens and underground station. Very good value for money and the best overall holiday hotel I have stayed at in London

Professional and very responsive staff of the hotel from the reception staff to the maintenance people to the chambermaids to the general manager. I greatly enjoyed the room with spotless white bedding, the bed was comfortable. The location was comfy and decent, near Paddington train station, convenient to go everywhere. The stay in February certainly was excellent value for money.

Excellent location 2 mins. walk to bus station, 5 mins walk to both Lancaster Gate and Queensway subway stations. Rooms were really clean and the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was the best I had in any London hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Convenience for our purpose and location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, your restaurant staff were superb, the food delicious, if perhaps a little expensive, but an all round enjoyable weekend stay. Would most probably book again.

Enjoyed my stay here with a nice clean room and a great bathroom that made relaxing easy. Loved the yoga sessions they offered and the cozy lounge area was perfect to unwind. The only downside was the Wi-Fi had a brief hiccup in the evening, but it got sorted out quickly. 😊
